One of the evening's highlights will be the presentation of the Annual MDT Award.

Members of our Multi-Disciplinary Team work tirelessly each and every day to support our community's children. In an effort to recognize their hard work, we created the MDT (Motivated. Dedicated. Tenacious.) Award.

Each month, a winner is chosen from one of our county's (Ontario, Seneca and Yates) on a rotating basis so that each county is recognized quarterly.

In November, their peers will select one Quarterly MDT Award winner to receive the Annual MDT Award. And, the winner will be named live at the gala December 8.
